About you

To be successful in the role, you will have:
Current Nursing and Midwifery Board of Australia registration

Relevant Post Registration qualification (Masters level)

A minimum of five years demonstrated clinical education experience

Experience and expertise in leading cohesive and productive teams

Demonstrated ability to work autonomously with advanced skills in critical thinking, problem solving, organisation and prioritisation

Highly developed interpersonal and communication skills

The ability to work both autonomously and as an integral part of a multidisciplinary team

A proven history in driving effective change management

Proficient computer literacy
