About the role

The Program Coordinator is accountable under broad direction to undertake very complex work that delivers quality outcomes across functions of a major work program.

The Program Coordinator will be responsible for supporting the Director.

This includes updating the implementation plan and development of reports, liaising where required with the relevant stakeholders to provide timely updates on progress against the plan and associated reporting, and identifying improvement areas.

Responsibilities of the role include but are not limited to:

Coordinating project activities and ensuring they are aligned with program goals and objectives
Facilitating communication and collaboration among program stakeholders, including project managers and team members, business leaders, and other stakeholders
Monitoring and reporting on program status, risks, issues, and performance metrics
Participating in regular program reviews to ensure progress is on track and identifying opportunities for improvement
Maintaining program documentation including regular updates to the Implementation plan and project status reporting as required
Supporting the development and implementation of program governance processes and procedures
Updating Project Action & Risk Registers
Assist in the maintenance of systems for accurate and timely collection of data
Timely collation of accurate management reporting that satisfies all internal and clientdriven reporting needs as specified by the Program Manager
