The Role

We are currently seeking a talented leader to take on a full-time role as the
Head of Learning Enrichment to commence in Term 1, 2023.

The Head of Learning Enrichment is responsible for promoting an inclusive educational environment through coordination, oversight and monitoring of students with additional needs, including gifted & talented and learning support.

The right person for this role will have:

A commitment to promoting a culture that is supportive and responsive to individual student needs;
Experience in the professional development of staff, empowering teams and continuous improvement in teaching and learning;
Outstanding interpersonal and communication skills who can proactively motivate staff and influence student learning outcomes;
Experience in developing or contributing to programmes to support those students who need learning support and extension;
Personal attributes including dependability, adaptability/flexibility, integrity, concern for others, cooperation, initiative, achievement/effort and attention to detail
