Engineering Manager - Industrial Cooling Systems

THE CLIENT:

Has been established for over 50 years in manufacturing and supplying high quality HVAC-R products and more recently Solar Powered Refrigerated Containers.

THE ROLE:

Reporting to the CEO your responsibilities will include developing and driving the engineering department and supporting the team members with the design and manufacturing of solar power refrigerated containers, coolers, chillers, vacuum plant equipment.

Responsible for overseeing tenders and presentations and ensuring all contracts are accurate.
Design industrial cooling systems and dryer systemsMaintain a good clean and safe working environment and facilities.

Train and mentor team members and oversee delivery of projects on time and within budget.

Drive the team and oversee delivery of project, processes to continuous improvement.

QUALIFICATIONS / EXPERIENCE:

Tertiary qualifications in HVAC-R, Mechanical, and Solar Power Systems.
Good all round knowledge of
HVAC-R and Refrigeration containers / systems
Design experience using
Solidworks
Electrical system overview capability would be good.
Strong Project Management team leadership.

YOU:

Are not a clock watcher.
Are a firm but fair manager.
Speak, read and write fluent English.
Are willing to travel to the Chinese operations as and when required.
