With registered nurses and care staff at our homes 24 hours a day, 365 days a year.

The Location

Buderim Views, a 120 bed residential aged care facility bordering the coastal hinterland of Buderim Queensland.

Buderim Views is close to shops, banks, schools and medical services, while still being a part of the charming and friendly Buderim village, while being only a short 10 minute drive to the Sunshine Coast's fabulous beaches.

The Job


Food Services/Cleaning combined role


You will be part of a team dedicated to our residents, contributing to a model of care that goes above and beyond every day.

You will be making a difference in people's lives, building fabulous relationships with our residents and their families.

  • Assisting in the preparation, delivery, presentation and serving of resident meals.
  • Cleaning the food preparation and consumption areas, cooking equipment and utensils.
  • Cater for special occasions such as birthdays, cultural and religious occasions, meetings and events.
  • Assist in maintaining the dining and adjacent rooms in a clean and hazard free condition.

Requirements:

Must be willing to work across all shifts with 6.30 morning starts, evening finishes, weekdays and weekends

Good level of physical fitness with ability to work in fast paced environment

Effective communications skills, including written and verbal in the English language

Intermediate literacy level to interpret nutritional care plans and record food safety.
All training is provided, no experience necessary but will be highly regarded.

Hour's available part time up to 76 hours per fortnight. Multiple positions available.
