The exciting opportunity:


  • Responsible for the management, further development, delivery and ongoing evaluation of the company's care services across Perth's south eastern suburbs
  • Formulate the strategic roadmap, pinpoint service gaps and cultivate sustainable, innovative offerings aligned with industry best practices
  • Drive positive promotion for the organisation and their services to engage and build strategic partnerships, expand client numbers and become the provider of choice
  • Manage, inspire and mentor a dedicated team to maintain a culture where staff are committed to best practice, person centred care
  • Profit and loss responsibility for home care services, drive funding, manage costs and maximise resources to achieve financial targets
  • Lead by quality management to ensure the compliance with legislative governance guidelines, and to maintain accreditation

About you:


  • Experience as a Senior Manager with track record within home care sector
  • Robust business acumen with ability to leverage opportunities for services expansion
  • Thorough comprehension of the legal regulations governing Aged Care with a successful history of meeting accreditation standards
  • Superb customer service skills, able to develop productive relationships with stakeholders, committed to exceptional care and a passion for embodying and promoting the organisation's vision and values
  • Resilient, solution oriented and results driven with the ability to approach situations both logically and innovatively
  • Clinical background is highly desirable
