We are currently seeking a highly motivated
-
Internal Sales

Customer Service superstar to join our Customer Service team at

-
Bibra Lake.

This dynamic, fast paced role will have you working closely with our Sales Representatives, assisting with customer service and advice on Sika products.

Exciting Challenges

Liaising with internal and external customers is a crucial element of this varied role. You'll utilise your customer service skills to provide quality customer service and sales support.
Duties will include, but not be limited to:
Answer incoming / making outbound telephone calls
Order entry and processing
Process invoices and credits
Customer support and enquiries
Liaise with freight providers for delivery coordination
Provide assistance to Sales and Logistics teams

We Need Your Skills

To be successful within this role, you will have:
Minimum 12 months experience within an Internal Sales/Call Centre environment or similar role
A strong understanding of Customer Service principles
Be selfmotivated, quick leaner, with a can do attitude
Excellent interpersonal / communication skills and attention to detail
Excellent computer skills / administrative skills
