Our Client

Our Client is a worldwide Manufacturer of highly engineered products such as compressors, pumps and fluid transfer products for a multitude of industrial users.

They have developed a strong reputation as an employer of choice and the success continues.

The Role
Now seeking a professional, experienced and proactive Procurement/Inventory specialist to join their Supply Chain team. This role is a full time role 8:30am to 4:45pm Mon-Fri.

Reporting to the Supply Chain Manager you will be kept busy liaising with key stakeholders and departments and external customers.

Your responsibilities include but not limited to:

Managing Customer Service Inbox and responding in a timely manner
Material Management
Assisting branches with maintenance of stock
Identifying and correcting incorrect data
Maintain MRP reports for all Capital Equipment
Master data creation and maintenance
Manage annual stocktake.
Assist other CSOs with overflow when required.

To be considered for this role you will need to display:

Demonstrated strong verbal and written communication skills.
Demonstrated PC Skills (SAP, Excel, Word, PowerPoint and databases).
A SAP & MRP "guru"
Ability to meet deadlines and organise work priorities.
Prior experience in Procurement / Inventory essential.
Demonstrated strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
Advanced organisational skills.
Ability to work autonomously and as part of a team.
