CX/UX Analyst

Sydney

6 Months Contract role


About the Role

  • Lead user and customer research to inform design work and to iterate existing experience artefacts such as personas or customer journeys.
  • Support viable and sustainable product solutions from design through discovery, framing and iterating development and continuous improvement within a Human-Centered Design (HCD) framework.
  • Including but not limited to UI design, content modelling/design, information architecture, web standards and analytics design.
  • Lead usability, accessibility and user acceptance testing of new digital services to ensure we provide users with a great experience while ensuring all requirements and guidelines are met.
  • Assist in the development of the future state roadmap ensuring that offering aligns to our customer needs and business requirements.
  • Stay uptodate with the best user research practices, including User Interaction (UI), accessibility guidelines, and visual design practices.

About You
Human Centred Design experience is mandatory.

ERP, SAP consolidation/transformation experience is highly regarded.

Large Enterprise/Government experience highly regarded.
