Purpose of Services:
Professional Services (Clause 7.11)
Role Description
The Program Coordinator will be responsible for creating, updating and coordinating integrated program and project schedules.
The Program Coordinator will work with team leaders and project managers to build, evaluate and optimize project schedules and management of resourcing requirements and allocations to work packages against priorities.

- Previous experience in Program Coordination, Project Scheduling and project resource management.
Statement of Suitability Against Major Responsibilities
- Work closely with project teams to develop comprehensive schedules for all projects and an overall program schedule
- Advise on risk and opportunity management across the program
- Participate in regular project team meetings and provide updates on schedules and dependencies
- Report on project trends, status, forecasts across the program
- Ensure all projects are being scheduled and forecast using a consistent methodology
