Key Responsibilities:

• Install solar panels and associated equipment on residential and commercial properties
• Conduct site assessments and provide recommendations for optimal solar installations
• Ensure that all work is carried out in a safe and efficient manner
• Provide excellent customer service and maintain a positive representation of the company

Qualifications:

• High School Diploma or equivalent
• Ability to work at heights and lift heavy equipment (up to 50 lbs)
• Willingness to work in various weather conditions
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
• Strong communication skills and ability to work in a team environment
