Position overview:A Full-Time
Production Administrator role has become available at our Botany site.

This position will be involved with providing a number of administrative tasks in order to facilitate the smooth running of the manufacturing plant and providing assistance to injured team members by supporting them with Return to Work (RTW).


Responsibilities:

Reporting to the Site Manager the successful applicant will:

  • Creating & closing product batch cards.
  • Admin assistance during stock take.
  • Managing stocks of operational consumables.
  • Managing operator licence registers & renewals.
  • Supporting site safety programs.
  • Provide early intervention and RTW advice to team members, managers, and Occupational Health and Medical Coordinator AO.
  • Other duties as requested by the Site Manager.

Required skills and experience:

To be successful in this role you will have:

  • Experience in previous administrative manufacturing environment.
  • Competent in Microsoft Office and SAP.
  • Previous experience using an ERP system.
  • An ability to multitask and prioritise workload.
  • High Level of organisation and customer service skills.
  • Practical planning skills.
  • A strong work ethic and ability to work in a small team.
  • Previous experience in RTW is preferred but not essential.

Qualifications:


  • Business Admin or Secretarial qualification preferred.
