Client Delivery Analyst

QIC (Queensland Investment Corporation) has a brand-new opportunity for a Client Delivery Analyst for a 12-month max term contract.

This role is a highly integral position within the organisation and provides support to all Client Delivery activities across QIC's global client base, across QIC asset classes including State Investments, Liquid Markets Group, infrastructure, real estate, private equity, and private debt.


You will play a key role in providing of high-quality information to clients and consultants globally, including the preparation and delivery of client materials, reports, data and responding to queries in a professional, accurate and timely manner.

**Responsibilities

  • In this role you will be supporting all Client Delivery activities across QIC asset classes and will involve working highly collaboratively with other members of the Client Delivery team, broader Operations and Technology division and other teams including the Client Relationship and Business Development teams and Queensland Government Clients Relationship team.
  • You will be producing and providing insights into QICs client reports which include all institutional funds management reporting from coordination and delivery of key reporting obligations, due diligence, client presentations and audit reports.
  • You will also be required to provide exceptional general support across these client activities which will incorporate meeting client Investment Management and Agreement to adhere to obligations and regulatory requirements as well as Quality Assurance processes both internally and externally.
  • Providing support for internal and external client query management, working within CRM Dynamics and collaboratively with stakeholders across the business to address queries and responses.
  • Collaborating with Client Delivery Managers, Analysts and Associates, to provide backup support for uninterrupted service delivery (where required), and to ensure a clientled approach for consistent delivery of services to clients and consultants.

Essential Criteria:

3+ years' experience in specialised Institutional client delivery, client operations or client reporting roles within the Funds Management industry.

Understanding of the financial services industry, operation of superannuation funds, in particular client servicing and middle/back-office functions.

Tertiary qualification in Financial Services or other relevant areas.

Demonstrated previous experience in a similar deadline orientated environment within asset management, with experience interfacing with institutional clients.

Experience in multi-tasking and prioritising, with a high degree of flexibility and confidence, in a high pressure and time-sensitive environment.

Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word and PowerPoint).
