The Role
Key accountabilities
- Solve customer pain points by leveraging the latest in software and infrastructure architectural approaches to quickly deliver value to customers.
- Involved in, or running, aspects of endtoend implementations, including requirements gathering, process engineering, scoping, design, configuration, testing, data migration, golive and support.
- Deliver fitforpurpose solutions across all aspects of the Dynamics 365 platform.
- Continued learning in Dynamics 365 ERP systems. Selflearning and attending online and inhouse training and certification events.
- Assisting customers with support queries and BAU activities.
What we're looking for
- Business/Product knowledge
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent qualification
- Microsoft certifications are desirable
- Experience with other Dynamics 365 Platform Technologies such as CE, BI or the Power Platform
- Proficient with MS Office (excel, word)
- Strong documentation, written and verbal communication skills.
Proven experience
- Minimum 35 years' experience in a similar role
- Proven business expertise in Finance, Supply Chain Management, Maintenance/Operations or Manufacturing
