We are currently seeking people with excellent customer service skills with experience in guest services and hotel administration support.

We are expanding our talent pool to include guest service agents, hotel receptionists and administrators.

General duties may include
- guest check-in/out
- office administration
- providing customer service
- customer complaint resolution

About you
- previous experience in a hotel environment
- excellent phone manner
- ability to provide excellent customer service
- previous experience with OPERA or any other hotel booking system
