Gold Coast area- Temporary/contract positions
We are expanding our talent pool to include guest service agents, hotel receptionists and administrators.
General duties may include
- guest check-in/out
- office administration
- providing customer service
- customer complaint resolution
About you
- previous experience in a hotel environment
- excellent phone manner
- ability to provide excellent customer service
- previous experience with OPERA or any other hotel booking system
