  • $97,921 (pro rata) plus super:

Up to $15,900 in salary packaging and hybrid WFH/office model

About the role:

Reporting to the General Counsel, the Executive Governance Coordinator is a trusted role, responsible for providing confidential and high-level support, coordination and assistance through the delivery of high quality administrative and organisational services including:

  • The end-to-end coordination of VLA's senior management forums (Executive Management Group and Senior Leadership Team), including preparation of agendas, collating and distributing papers, taking minutes, distributing action items and maintaining critical documentation
  • Act as a point of liaison between the Executive Assistants to coordinate the contributions from Executives and communicate arrangements for EMG and SLT meetings
  • Produce high quality written communications
  • Proactively identify and work to resolve operational and logístical challenges as they arise
  • Provide general administrative support to the General Counsel and other team members as necessary.

About you:


  • Demonstrated experience in providing administrative support to senior staff members including the ability to manage own work priorities, meet deadlines, and coordinate projects while maintaining confidentiality and discretion
  • Highly developed interpersonal and critical thinking skills with the ability to exercise sound judgement while liaising with a wide range of stakeholders about highly confidential and sensitive matters
  • Demonstrated experience in providing high quality executive and governance support at a senior level
  • Detailoriented, well organised and a critical thinker, you will be capable of formulating indepth advice on governance issues
  • Ability to work collaboratively with team members to foster a positive and supportive work environment.
