THE FIRM
This award winning and highly regarded National firm based in the Adelaide CBD are on the lookout for a Company Secretary to join their top performing Insurance team.
THE ROLE
Legal Secretary will work closely with a Principle Partner within the statutory insurance team, this is a full-time permanent position working Monday to Friday 8:30am - 5pm.
Responsibilities
- Managing client relationships, manage telephone calls, client enquiries and develop strong relationships with the clients.
- Working closely with team members
- Managing workflow, tracking deadlines & delegation
- Advising and providing support on compliance which is in line with regulatory requirements
- Filing and retrieving records and correspondence
- Preparing accounts, opening and closing files
- Liaising with clients, doctors, barristers, solicitors and affiliates.
- Scheduling appointments
ABOUT YOU
To be successful for an interview with this leading law firm, the following is essential:
- Must have previous experience in a similar position, ideally with litigation knowledge
- Strong attention to detail and task prioritisation
- Confidence and capability to manage a portfolio of clients
- Be an enthusiastic team player who is willing to support others
