    Description

    You are a motivated and personable individual who is confident and able in building instantaneous relationships to deliver excellent customer service, as the job includes tours of the facility, meetings with walk ins, as well as being a part of and holding meetings with internal and external stakeholders.

    Experience in a similar role is desired, as you will be working closely with the General manager to drive admission and maintain occupancy within the facility. Presenting well with a strong attention to detail you are able to organise and prioritise accordingly as the role does involve administrative and sales duties.

    Duties:

    • Presents a positive attitude and an ongoing commitment to position responsibilities and organisational goals and KPI's.
    • Computer literacy (MS Office, Power Point, Excel and industry-specific software).
    • Ability to build and maintain good working relationships with Key referrers, prospective residents, residents and other key stakeholders.
    • Demonstrated ability to successfully convert prospective clients to placement.

    • Well-developed communication skills including interpersonal, written and verbal.
    • Energetic, organised and proactive individual.
    • Demonstrates a commitment to a culture of excellence and continuous quality improvement.
    • Highly developed analytical, problem solving and decision-making skills.
