    About the Company:

    A unique position in the WA market, our client is an award-winning developer/builder that has successfully delivered a range of luxury, contemporary and sophisticated apartments. Selecting premium locations that are desirable, exclusive and sought-after. They focus on delivering a high quality, premium product to the market.

    They have just finished the forward works on a new $60M luxury apartment and are looking for a Structures Supervisor to join an experienced team.

    Key Requirements

    • Trade Qualified Carpenter with proven structures experience in commercial building.
    • Ideally experience working for a main contractor, however they would consider a Supervisor from one of the major Structural Formwork subcontractors.
    • Excellent communication skills and ability to lead and motivate subcontractors.
    • IT savvy with MS Office & Aconex.
    • Previous experience on apartments, aged care of student accommodation would be highly beneficial.
