Are you a Senior HR Advisor with experience leading a team in a fast, dynamic environment? Happy to pitch in where needed to get things done?


An opportunity is now available for an experienced HR Advisor to provide day to day operational support to a fast moving, national company.

This is a hands-on, generalist HR role where you will be responsible for overseeing a small team, employee relations, managing workplace grievances and investigations, facilitating the implementation of HR procedures and practices through line managers, recruitment, and providing assistance and advice when required.


There may be some ad hoc travel to site. This is an initial 12 month contract.

The role includes but is not limited to;

  • Provide effective and timely HR advice to employees and management.
  • Oversee a small team of coordinators
  • Assist with recruitment and separation process
  • Provide accurate information for monthly, quarterly and annual reporting
  • Review, develop and implement improvements to HR practices, policies, procedures
  • Support various site wide training initiatives and career development programs
  • Liaison with Site Managers and employees on ER/IR issues

To
be successful in this role you will possess:

  • Strong operational HR experience
