About the role at TPG Telecom

The Credit and Fraud Analyst will provide analysis, insights and investigative expertise for the Credit and Collections Team as well as proactively identifying, resolving, or escalating issues affecting the customer experience and where business efficiencies can be recognised.

Seniority

Junior - A role for someone with some basic skills, good motivation and ability to learn. Typically 1-2 years of experience is required.

Responsibilities

Data Analysis and Reporting
Analyze data to discover and communicate insights, and offer concrete recommendations for key stakeholders to make critical decisions
Data Management and Visualization
Create and maintain the organization's Business Intelligence tools, and present complex data in simple, visual ways for key stakeholders
Data Cleaning and Preparation
Extract and clean data ready to use in analysis or to users
