About the role


As a Finance Business Partner at Lifeblood, you will assist and support the Director, Financial Performance and Budgets in providing relevant, timely and accurate financial services and business partnering for National Divisions.


In this role, you will have the organisational savvy and business insight to navigate and manage complex issues while developing constructive relationships to deliver business outcomes.

You will be adept at using key financial indicators to guide decision making. You will support your team to achieve common goals and foster team effectiveness, collaborating on tough issues with respect. You will value self-awareness and reflect on your own strengths and areas for development. You will gain exposure and experience working across multiple business units.

You will have the ability to support and influence senior stakeholders, be highly dependable, a self-starter, high achiever and possess excellent time management skills.


Sound interesting? As Finance Business Partner, you will have:
Demonstrated experience in a professional finance or commercial business partnering role - 3 years minimum. Experience working with an Information, Communication Technology business unit will be looked upon favourably.

Proven technical accounting skills with an in depth understanding of budgeting and forecasting principles and processes

Computer literate with Oracle, Oracle tools such as Hyperion Planning and Microsoft Office suite experience

Analytical skills, attention to detail and sound business acumen

Experience in analysing and explaining budget and forecast movements and presenting to both internal and external stakeholders at the Executive level and senior management level

Influencer, dependable, self-starter, achiever, excellent time management. Demonstrated experience working in cross functional teams.

Excellent customer focus with strong stakeholder management

Certified Practising Accountant, Chartered Accountant or equivalent level of experience in finance role

Post graduate qualifications in a Financial Management related discipline
