The Company
Our client is an accounting firm located in Glen Iris.

Due to growth within the business, they are looking for a warm and welcoming Receptionist to join their team on a part-time basis.

You will be the first point of contact for clients, and will assist the broader accounting team.


Your duties may include:


  • Meeting and greeting clients
  • Answering phones
  • Maintaining the client database such as updating client information
  • Liaising with the Australian Taxation Office on behalf of clients in regards to general enquiries
  • Notice of Assessments
  • Preparing letters and other documentation
  • Scheduling meetings and ensuring the meeting rooms are available
  • Stationary and consumable ordering
  • Any other adhoc administrative tasks as required by the Accountants & Partners

You will have:

Previous experience in a public practice accounting firm is essential:

  • Warm, welcoming and friendly personality
  • Genuine passion for administration in the accounting industry
  • Tech Savvy and able to pick up new systems
