About the Opportunity


Our Regency Park branch now has a rare opportunity for an enthusiastic, customer-focussed Internal Sales Coordinator to join their supportive team.

As a valued team member, you will use your exceptional listening skills and customer service experience alongside your product knowledge and consultative sales skills to understand customer requirements and recommend and take orders for suitable products for their building or renovation project.


This is not a traditional sales roles in that most of our clients are repeat clients or are referred to us by previous clients.

There is no cold calling involved - the emphasis is on providing product information, suitable recommendations and a friendly, professional and efficient experience.


Initially servicing smaller client accounts, you will listen to requirements, suggest appropriate products, provide quotes, take and submit customer orders, and liaise with the customer service and production team in order to answer queries.

Full training will of course be provided and you will have the support of a highly experienced team who are committed to achieving customer service excellence and maintaining our reputation for quality of product and service.


In addition, you'll:
- review quotes, plans & pricing
- prepare quotations, place orders into our CRM system and convert & schedule in orders
- action & follow-up customer sales & service enquiries
- facilitate inbound / outbound calls in a fast paced environment


About You
We're looking to leverage your customer service and/or administrative experience, along with your excellent communication and relationship building skills.

Previous windows and doors experience is not required for this role, but your willingness to learn our market-leading products and processes will help to ensure your success.


We're looking for a team player who contributes to a positive work environment, who is pragmatic in their approach to providing quality customer service with demonstrated capability in self-motivation, initiative and the ability to exercise independent judgement.


You will also have:
- competency in using MS Office Suite
- ability to quickly gain competency with our in-house CRM system
- excellent attention to detail
- excellent interpersonal & communication skills and a strong work ethic
- ability to multitask & manage time effectively
- commitment to continuous improvement of both the business & personal self-development
