Manage a successful B2B Pricing team


Leverage your team management and pricing, mathematical, business or project background as you manage our busy and progressive B2B Pricing team.

Reporting to the Pricing Manager, this role will continue to foster a positive and cohesive team culture whilst delivering commercial and operational KPIs.


Key aspects of this role:

  • Support a diverse set of customer segments across micro, medium and large business, education, NFP and government organisations
  • Effectively manage and lead team B2B pricing performance, coordinating, and delivering systems, process, and product training
  • Negotiate positive outcomes with key internal and external business stakeholders including influencing merchandise ranging decisions
  • Influence improvement of GP performance through effective commercial leadership within the B2B parameters

About you:

You will ideally have 3+ years of experience successfully leading, supporting, and developing a team within FMCG, Retail or B2B with:

  • Superior communication capability and proficiency in building relationships and influencing positive outcomes.
  • Strong technical aptitude and continuous business improvement focus with solid Excel competency.
  • Competency in handling a varied and shifting portfolio of tasks within a deadlinedriven commercial environment.
  • Proficiency with projects, process, and team leadership
A background in business, data analytics, mathematics, process, finance or pricing is preferred.
