Job Description Summary

The Primary Purpose of the role is to:

Lead a National team of RF design professionals across multiple clients in Mobile Communications;
Managing and coordinating all RF Engineering design related activities nationally to ensure business and project activities are met;
Ensure that all RF design components of the preconstruction program of works are executed efficiently and in a timely manner;
Interface with customer PMs and technical heads to understand the requirements and assuring the smooth delivery
Provide technical leadership and quality governance in RF Engineering;
Managing and Reporting weekly and monthly delivery numbers and responsible for forecasting of RF designs for upcoming months.
Reviewing the new guidelines and documents released by customer and providing feedback/ approval on them
Reviewing all RF related variations/ CRs, providing the impact assessment and making sure their execution.
Liaising with other team/ functional leads in creating the optimized process for delivery.
Contributing in continuous improvement within RF team's technical skills.
Responsible for all technical issues raised by RF Design team and getting them resolved
Effectively manage the end to end RF design delivery process
Effectively coordinate resources (internal and external) under role delegation, including resource levelling where required, to ensure that monthly utilisation and budgeted performance targets are met;
Lead, train and coach RF Design Team to meet project objectives and maximise performance; and
Ensure that most costeffective construction solution is proposed during the RF Design phase
Escalating issues that may impact program delivery and forecast to the National TPM and relevant Project Manager
