They are currently seeking an experienced Commercial Manager to join the team to work across projects up to $50M.

Key Requirements:

Tertiary qualification in Construction Management, Quantity Surveying or relevant field is essential.
Proven experience as Commercial Manager or Senior Contract Administrator on commercial projects $20m +
Ability to create results while focus on strict deadlines.
Good interpersonal skills to build relationships and mentor others.
Strong commercial acumen and negotiation skills
Strong systems experience including CHEOPS.
