About the Position


Our Norwest Private Hospital practice reception is open from 6:30am to 10pm Monday to Friday and Saturday morning offering a wide range of imaging services including BMD, Cardiac, CT including low dose, Mammography, MRI, Nuclear Medicine, and X-Ray.

You will be responsible for managing the important first contact with our patients both in person and over the phone.

You will provide exceptional customer service and administration.

You will ensure that all information that is data entered and reviewed is accurate and work closely with our medical teams to ensure the smooth transition of patients from reception to their procedure.

You will complete all billing and invoicing for our patients, liaise with referring doctors and operate our booking system.


About You
You must have outstanding customer services with excellent interpersonal skills particularly with requires to compassion and empathy.

You will be knowledgeable in MS Office with the demonstrated ability to maintain strict confidentiality and professionalism in all circumstances.

You must have the ability to prioritise your workload and be able to multi-task in busy environment. You will have the ability to work as part of a cohesive team and work autonomously. You will be ambitious and thrive in an environment where you will be challenged. You will be given the opportunity to grow your career and rewarded for great performance.
