With new clients coming on board all the time, we are looking for more amazing virtual executive assistants to join our team and help us service our clients.
We match our virtual assistants to our clients depending on their needs so are looking for people who are customer focused and highly experienced.
To succeed in this role you will have great people and customer service skills, the ability to anticipate the needs of senior executives, business owners and professional individuals alike.
> have a strong background working in an executive assistant or similar role
- have experience providing virtual and remote support
- has advanced communication skills, the ability to upward manage and the confidence to expand on tasks where applicable
- be customer service orientated
- be great at establishing strong working relationships and taking a client-centred approach to your work
- have well-developed organisational skills including the ability to manage competing priorities, closing the loop and delivery of an exceptional standard
- ability to work to deadlines
- be self motivated and the ability to work autonomously
- you exercise sound judgement and show a high degree of initiative, integrity and discretion when dealing with confidential and sensitive business matters
