Description
Our client is an established mining and resources business, currently looking for a passionate Recruitment Coordinator to join their team.
This role will see you working closely with hiring managers and HR Business Partners to assist with the end to end recruitment across a diverse portfolio.
Joining a relaxed and collaborative environment, you will have the ability to work in a non-hierarchy team that will invest in your development and training.
- Partner with the HR team and hiring managers to assist with best practice recruitment
- Coordinate relevant compliance checks including police, working with children, reference and preemployment medicals
- Work with the HR Manager on executive level positions.
- Establish and maintain strong positive relationships and lines of communication with staff
- 2+ years working experience in a recruitment role or similar
- Strong stakeholder management and relationship building experience
- Works well in a team environment with a positive, cando attitude
