Our client is an established mining and resources business, currently looking for a passionate Recruitment Coordinator to join their team.

This role will see you working closely with hiring managers and HR Business Partners to assist with the end to end recruitment across a diverse portfolio.

You will have a strong ability to partner with people and will enjoy building effective relationships with others.

Joining a relaxed and collaborative environment, you will have the ability to work in a non-hierarchy team that will invest in your development and training.

Key Accountabilities

Partner with the HR team and hiring managers to assist with best practice recruitment
Coordinate relevant compliance checks including police, working with children, reference and preemployment medicals
Work with the HR Manager on executive level positions.
Establish and maintain strong positive relationships and lines of communication with staff
