The Company

Our Client has an office based in Eagle Farm (Brisbane) and whilst their Brisbane branch is small, they are part of a Global network of offices who specialise in Freight Forwarding.

They are specialists in their field and have the responsibility of directing freight around the world by way of air and sea.

Due to an internal promotion, the opportunity now exists to join this vibrant business in their Customer Service team.

The Opportunity

Duties of the Role

Provide a high standard of customer service
Maintain accurate records in the system
Liaise with internal departments including the sales team
Always comes to work with a smile on their face
Has a passion for learning new things
Wants to progress their career
Ideally has some working knowledge of MS Office Suite
Preferably has at least two years work experience in administration or customer service
