Talent International is working in partnership with a large government organisation to assist in sourcing an experienced '
Reporting/ Performance Analyst'.

Key Criteria:

It is advantageous if they have
PowerBI skills / Tableau skills :
Monitor and report on the performance of ROM against business objectives and targets in a range of areas, functions, businesses, and services as required.
Produce regular reports for management on the performance of services, programs and projects.
Manage effective planning and monitoring systems that measure progress against agreed key performance indicators and progress on corporate objectives.
Develop, maintain and improve systems to gather the required information to analyse performance indicators, trends and outcomes.
Identify gaps in the availability of information and participate in the development of strategies to obtain needed information.
Develop templates, processes and procedures for regular reporting requirements to contribute to the development, review and coordination of ROM performance reporting.
Critically analyse and interpret large amounts of diverse and complex data to provide advice on current and emerging trends and issues.
Conduct analysis of various performance reports to assist in driving performance and ensuring alignment between external requirements and ROM strategic plans.
