Leading Software Company Delivering Cloud Computing Platform

12-Month Contract, $46/Hour, Full-Time Work

IT Customer Service Experience


Huge opportunity for recent Uni graduates in computer science, IT, or related field, eager to join a leading software company.

This position is based in Australia and working with our Japanese support team on cases raised by our Japanese customers in Japanese.

The hours would be between 10 am and 6 pm, AEDT, Monday to Friday.


Our client is a global software company delivering a cloud computing platform to help businesses manage digital workflows for enterprise operations.

The Resource Management Representative will be responsible for managing schedules of staff within the team, distributing workload of customer cases among the team, and ensuring operational efficiency.

This is the perfect opportunity for recent graduates looking to get their foot in the door with a leading global software company Training for this position is provided.


What does your day-to-day look like?

  • Work from the comfort of your own home.
  • Working hours from 10am6pm.
  • Setup, maintain, and monitor team schedules.
  • Dispatch customer cases evenly to team members.
  • Work with key stakeholders to ensure smooth processes are maintained

What we're looking for:


  • Experience working in IT level 1 support.
  • Experience working with ServiceNow is an advantage.
  • Familiarity with resource automation systems and software
  • Previous experience with scheduling or dispatch toolsets.
  • Experience leading a team or driving projects.
  • Experience working in a fast paced environment.
  • Eagerness to learn and adapt.
