This dynamic support role, in our Workplace Management Services division, is ideal for experienced customer service professionals ready to transition into the corporate sector.

The position encompasses a variety of disciplines that may lead to multiple career pathways.


As a custodian of the workplace, you are responsible for:

  • Administration, operation and management of the workplace
  • Audio Visual and basic IT support
  • Meeting room management and setup
  • Ensuring the workplace is presented, maintained and utilised the way it was designed
  • Facilities administration and mail / parcel management
  • Assisting employees with daytoday enquiries
  • Responding to and implementing changes to the workplace and processes as required
  • Inducting new employees into the workplace
  • Visitor arrival, access control and contractor management

Qualifications:


  • Experience working in office administration, IT support or a premium service environment including 5star hotel or airline
  • Passion for delivering outstanding customer service
  • Experience in engaging with VIP clients as well as the ability to engage with and develop relationships with a diverse range of people
  • Genuine respect for others that shows in every interaction with clients, employees and contractors
  • Exceptional work ethic, energy and a positive attitude
  • Ability to work in a fastpaced environment, whilst maintaining composure and creating memorable interactions within a short time frame
  • Attention to detail
  • Immaculate personal grooming
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Problem solving skills, the ability to anticipate needs and a desire to go above and beyond for customers
  • Proficiency in Microsoft apps
  • Outlook, Teams, Word, PowerPoint & Excel
  • Availability between 7am7pm for a full time rotating roster
  • Full working rights in Australia
