A successful financial services firm based in Melbourne's CBD is seeking a Recruiter / Talent Coordinator to join their busy People & Culture team.
This business is a renowned financial services organisation, and they are looking for an energetic and motivated Recruiter / Talent Coordinator to join them.
Located close to public transport in beautiful CBD Offices, you will be working within a highly successful company that celebrate team work and collaboration.
As Recruiter / Talent Coordinator, you will be responsible for;
- Creating adverts and marketing material
- Active management of the database
- Providing administrative support and coordinating the full recruitment cycle
- Assisting with projects as required
- Liaising with external suppliers
- Experience within an HR or Recruitment coordination role
- Intermediate to advanced Microsoft Office Suite skills
- High attention to detail
- A reliable and consistent work ethic
- Diligent teamplayer with strong initiative
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to prioritise and work to tight deadlines
