  • We are looking for a dynamic and highly motivated people to join the Outpatient Clinics (OPC) Reception Teams at WMH. These roles are responsible for the efficient operation of the administrative duties involved in the Outpatient Clinics. This includes working with the electronic referral system KYRA, iPM and QFlow supporting the outpatient journey working closely with the nursing / midwifery and medical teams. You are required to provide support to other team members and actively participate in key activities of Werribee Mercy Hospital.

  • 0.8 EFT fixed term contract until 3 Sept 202 HS1 classification
  • Flexibility with the roster to cover planned and unplanned leave

  • Flexibility and availability to work any shift at short notice

ABOUT THE ROLE:


  • Experience working in Outpatient Clinics (desirable)
  • Understanding of referral management and experience with patient management systems or similar (essential )
  • Experience working in customer facing, faced paced and dynamic environment (essential)
  • Strong person centred focus and excellent conflict resolution skills
  • Demonstrated administrative and, Microsoft Office skills.
  • A motivated and "cando" attitude with the ability to learn quickly and go the extra mile
