About the role
Help people connect with Parks Victoria by promoting and celebrating the diverse estate which we manage.

The position leads a state-wide approach to support enjoyable, safe and appropriate park experiences, while also sensitively managing any concerns or risks.


We're looking for someone with:


  • A qualification in Communications, Media, Marketing, Public Relations or similar.
  • Demonstrated experience working in communications. Working within a government environment would be an advantage.
  • Strong problemsolving skills combined with the ability to interact confidently and sensitively with people at all levels, elicit cooperation through negotiation and persuasion, and work selfsufficiently or as part of a team.
  • Strong writing skills, being able to write for multiple mediums.
