Change Management Analyst - Redcliffe, Australia - Brunel
Description
On behalf of our client, a High-Profile Global Renewable Energy Company, Brunel is presently sourcing a Change Management Analyst - Heavy Industry.
This will be a 6-month contract with a possible view to extend located in the eastern suburbs of Perth.About this role
You will be a key player in ensuring the successful implementation of Changes that impact the Company's product programs by collaborating closely with cross-functional teams including Product Development, Engineering and Project Management to embed and manage an effective change control process.
You will be responsible for:
Change Request Assessment
- Evaluate incoming change requests related to products, programs and processes
- Analyse the impact of proposed changes on other functions, workflows and stakeholders
- Review proposed impact and if needed, challenge for accuracy
Stakeholder Engagement
- Engage with stakeholders including Product Managers, Engineers and Business Leaders
- Facilitate communication regarding change requests, timelines and potential impacts
- Address concerns and manage expectations throughout the change lifecycle
Change Board
- Collaborate with relevant teams to prioritise and categorise change requests
- Lead the Change Board and facilitate Triage/Review sessions with key stakeholders
Change Control and Governance
- Establish and maintain formal change control processes
- Ensure compliance with change management policies and procedures
Post-Implementation Reviews
- Conduct postimplementation reviews to evaluate the effectiveness of changes
- Identify lessons learned and areas for improvement
- Implement corrective actions as needed
Continuous Improvement
- Identify process improvement opportunities within Change Management
- Propose the Change Board enhancements to streamline change request handling
About you
- Bachelor in Project Management, Engineering OR a related field is preferred
- Proven experience in Product Change Control
- Strong understanding of Change Management principles, methodologies and best practices
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport and influence stakeholders at all levels
- Solid project management skills with the ability to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously and meet deadlines
- Analytical mindset with the ability to gather and analyse data to inform decisionmakingExperience with JIRA / Teamcenter / SharePoint is preferred
