We are seeking experienced and enthusiastic
Early Childhood Educators & Early Childhood Teachers to join our close-knit and supportive team in
Lane Cove, NSW.

As an
Early Childhood Educator, your core responsibilities will be to:

  • Plan, supervise and implement the program for the class in accordance with the policies,
  • Understand the regulatory requirements listed in the National Regulations and National Quality Standards, with a focus to provide an excellent level of education and care to the children at the centrebased service
  • Establish and maintain team relationships with other early childhood educators
  • Build fantastic rapport and incorporate a strong homeschool partnership program with the parents
As an
Early Childhood Teacher, your core responsibilities will include:

  • Reporting to the Centre Director on teaching matters, this role will implement programmes in accordance with the policies, guidelines, framework and philosophy of MindChamps.
  • Deliver the training programs and curriculum of MindChamps, in accordance with the National Quality Standard Framework and the Early Years Learning Framework for Australia
  • Create a stimulating and positive environment to support the development
  • Assist our Champs in daily routines and meal time in accordance with food safety regulations
  • Respond to the emotional needs of our Champs
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with our Champs and their parents
  • Be responsible for the children's transition to the school program

What we are looking for

  • Early Childhood Educator: A completed Certificate 3 or a Diploma in Early Childhood Education and Care (or ACECQA equivalent)
  • Early Childhood Teacher: A completed or working towards a Bachelor of Early Childhood Education (or ACECQA equivalent)
  • Current/Valid Working With Children's Check (WWC) and relevant First Aid Certificates
  • Previous working experience in Early Childhood Education
  • Excellent communication and classroom management skills
  • The desire to make a positive contribution to a professional, collaborative and focused team
  • A love for children and a desire to make childcare a longterm career
  • Passion, enthusiasm and a strong commitment to highquality care
