About the role


Working directly under the Head of Consumer Collections, you will be taking on a growing ledger of clients, across both insurance and consumer debt, recovering overdue accounts.

This will involve contacting clients regularly to provide updates, and successful outcomes and obtain instructions for debt recovery and legal proceedings.

Utilising our specialised debt management software, you will be diligent in your note-taking, and tracking correspondence.


Skills & Experience

  • Due to the broad scope of clientele, experience managing claims recoveries & negotiating with debtors, insurance companies & third parties will be advantageous
    but not necessary:
  • Experience in collections, customer service, call centres, hospitality or retail is desired
  • Ability & willingness to engage with internal & external stakeholders via phone or other channels is required
