Objective of Role

This role is responsible for maintaining existing Industry relationships both corporate and standalone for Foundation Education and AIPT. As a Support Officer, you will be working with our industry partners to improve the onboarding and engagement experience.

Responsibilities include

  • Onboarding of Industry Partners which includes reviewing of contracts, due diligence and systems profile management.
  • Delivery of framework including liaison with the internal and external stakeholders and management of relationships from onboarding to ongoing support
  • Engage with students (when required) and industry partners to ensure requirements are being met as per provided guidelines and contracts
  • Ensure CRM systems, Smartsheet's, SharePoint notes and documents are accurately maintained
  • Conduct and provide relevant Training Support in all business areas
Required Skills and Experience

  • Building and enhancing relationships with internal and external stakeholders
  • Excellent written and verbal communications skills
  • Very good computer skills
  • Positive and proactive attitude
  • Strong attention to detail
  • The ability to work in a fastpaced environment and adapt well to change
  • Work cooperatively and collaboratively in a team environment

Job Types:
Full-time, Permanent


Salary:
$55, $65,000.00 per year
