DATA DELIVERY LEAD

Seeking a Data Delivery Lead to join one of Australia's Big-4 banks to work across a major integration project based in Melbourne's CBD.

The Project will work closely with the data and cloud-based teams to oversee the integration from its legacy platforms.

12 Month FTC - $165,000 Base + Super:

Major Data & Cloud Integration Project.

THE ROLE:

Determine the strategic approach for the management and coordination of squads across multiple domains.
Prioritise features, stories, and epics in the backlog in alignment with business outcomes.
Define and implement processes for quality control, progress communication, and stakeholder management.
Decide the best methods to resolve project blockers and risks.
Make key decisions during Scrum ceremonies to guide the team's workflow and dynamics.
Align financial decisions with budget constraints, ensuring projects are delivered on time and within budget.
Decide on appropriate strategies for stakeholder communication and engagement.
Enable collaboration between Domains delivering to the Marketing Data objectives, in close partnership with Enterprise Data and Analytics teams.
Function as the Scrum Master, guiding the team in agile methodologies, and addressing team dynamics to ensure productivity.
Facilitate the liaison between business and technology, coordinating complex and strategic initiatives.
Assist squads in defining and planning work to achieve prioritised business outcomes.
Coordinate the squad's backlog and roadmap to reduce duplication of effort and expedite the resolution of blockers.
Prepare inputs for Domain Forums, with a focus on crossdomain dependencies.
Manage communications regarding Epics corresponding to the crossdomain business outcomes.

SKILLS & EXPERIENCE:

At least 710 years of experience in project, program, portfolio, or delivery management in Agile environments.

MUST HAVE:

Previous experience working in
data warehousing and
cloud-based:

Proven expertise in delivering solutions across multiple data types (eg. Structured, unstructured, batch, streaming, log files).
Managing the delivery of large complex programs containing multiple streams, with multiple vendors (typically software & hardware).
Agile ways of working.
Marketing end to end knowledge (desirable).
Banking & Financial domain knowledge (desirable).
Building, leading, and managing teams of between people.
Ability to facilitate and champion agile methodologies as Scrum Master.
Knowledge of Marketing Data (Desirable) would be beneficial.
Knowledge of Enterprise Data would be beneficial.
Knowledge of Tech Domain Model.
