Project Officer - Program Design and Project Management Office

  • 3 x Fulltime Ongoing roles: Program Design team and Project Management Office
  • Location: Sydney Olympic Park/ Work from home (Relocating to Parramatta and Sydney CBD within the next few months)
  • Clerk Grade 7/8 ($101,947 $112,849) plus super and annual leave loading



About the Agency
The NSW Reconstruction Authority (the Authority) is a statutory corporation within Planning & Environment. The Authority will improve how NSW plans for disasters and help communities to recover from them faster.


To reduce the severity and impacts of disasters, the Authority will complete critical planning and preparation with communities, businesses, and government.

When disaster does strike, we will get recovery started swiftly and coordinate reconstruction efforts across agencies, communities, and other stakeholders.

About the roles


We have three opportunities available under the Program Delivery Division with two supporting the Program Design Team and the other the Project Management Office.


Program Design Team - this is an exciting opportunity to support critical program design and evaluation work across a range of complex program initiatives to deliver outcomes for NSW communities.


The Project Management Office - this is an exciting role to support our project teams in the effective governance and delivery of projects following the NSW Reconstruction Authority's Project Management Framework.


As an experienced Project Officer, you will coordinate, research, and provide support and advice across a range of program and project initiatives that support agency performance.
