  • Empower onsite contractors to perform detailed equipment analysis

WHAT YOU'LL DO

  • Facilitate integration of data from various client platforms into CIM's cloud based PEAK platform including:
  • Determining viability and most optimal data extraction solution for each site
  • Configuration and installation of CIM's BACER hardware
  • Coordinate APIs and file parse information where needed
  • Request energy data from meter data providers (electricity, gas, water as available) and deploy analytics algorithms across the energy data
  • Integrate submeter data (e.g. tenants)
  • Liaise with clients to onboard their buildings onto the PEAK platform
  • Work with various contractors to facilitate initial integration and information gathering
  • Coordinate kick off meetings with clients
  • Integrate and map building data points
  • Deploy and tune analytics algorithms on integrated data
  • Data upkeep and resolution of data streaming issues
  • Monitoring upkeep of data streaming and synchronisation
  • Provide assistance with troubleshooting syncing and connectivity issues
  • Inventory and logistics management of data acquisition device (BACERs)
  • Facilitate handover of fully integrated sites to Customer Success team
  • Work with data science and development teams to support existing and future product features

WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR

  • Someone with a keen knowledge and understanding of computer networks configurations
  • Proficiency with Linux and other Unixlike operating systems
  • Project management experience
  • Competitive and achievement orientated
  • Proven experience of working in a fastpaced environment
  • Possession of a positive attitude and an interest in learning
  • Strong oral and written communication skills

Preferred - but not required:

  • University/TAFE qualification in Computer Science, Mechatronics or similar
  • Experience with Building Management System (BMS) and building services profession
  • Experience with energy analysis, metering and reporting requirements
  • Experience with SQL /Python
  • Client facing experience (i.e. able to interact and engage with key stakeholders on the client side)
