As the Technical Compliance Lead, your primary responsibility will be to ensure our platform meets regulatory requirements in six new markets.

Your deep knowledge of compliance frameworks, industry standards, and technical expertise will be instrumental in guiding our organization towards achieving full compliance in these jurisdictions.


Requirements:

The purpose of the role is to ensure that our company adheres to relevant technical standards, regulations, and laws.

As a Technical Compliance Lead, you will be responsible for ensuring that our company's products and services meet industry-specific compliance requirements.

You will work closely with cross-functional teams to identify and address technical compliance risks, implement policies and procedures, and provide training and guidance on technical compliance-related matters.


The primary responsibilities of the role include:

  • Conduct assessments and audits to ensure compliance with industry-specific technical standards and regulations.
  • Develop and implement policies and procedures to maintain compliance with relevant technical standards and regulations.
  • Monitor and report on changes in regulations and standards that may impact the company's compliance status.
  • Collaborate with crossfunctional teams to ensure compliance with technical standards and regulations throughout the product development process.
  • Provide training and guidance to employees on technical compliance matters.
  • Investigate and resolve compliancerelated issues and complaints.
  • Manage documentation related to technical compliance activities, including policies, procedures, and audit reports.
  • Maintain relationships with regulatory agencies and industry organisations to stay informed of compliancerelated developments.
  • Implement Compliant CMP.
  • Engage Testing labs, get products certified and maintain the certifications.

Requirements:


  • Bachelor's degree in a technical field, such as engineering, computer science, or information technology.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in gambling technical compliance or related field.
  • Knowledge of relevant technical standards and regulations, such as ISO, NIST, HIPAA, GLI Standards and/or PCI-DSS.
  • Experience conducting technical compliance assessments and audits.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Suite and Jira.
  • Ability to travel if required.
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills.
  • Attention to detail and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Ability to analyze complex technical issues and identify potential compliance risks.
  • Familiarity with risk management methodologies.

  • This position will report to the Chief Strategy Officer with ongoing support and supervision.
