The Smith Family is a children's education charity that helps young Australians experiencing disadvantage to create better futures for themselves through harnessing the power of education.
Reporting to the Project Manager, Growing Careers Project, and working in a dynamic and exciting environment with the opportunity to coordinate a range of events for projects and operations teams across Australia.
About our role
You will be responsible for:
- Reporting to the Growing Careers Project Manager.
- Overseeing and coordinating key project events including forums, webinars, etc.
- Working closely with the operations team, i.e. State and Territory General Managers to coordinating key operations events such as State Conferences.
About you
As well as passion for community, you will bring the following:
- Diploma or above in Project or Event Management or other relevant qualification.
- Demonstrated working experience (at least 5 years) in event management, working nationally.
- Excellent stakeholder engagement and organisational skills

The Smith Family is obligated to comply with Federal, State and Territory Government Rules and Health Orders.
