The Company
Launch is excited to be working with Victoria's leading government organisations. We are looking for a passionate IT Team Leader.


The Role

Day to day responsibilities and deliverables:

  • Manage a skilled team of 4 and be responsible for planning, managing workflows, individual performance management
  • Manage system enhancement projects through working closely with stakeholders to understand their requirements
  • Effectively manage change with mínimal disruptions to key systems
  • Extract and analyse data to meet reporting requirements
  • Accountability for records management strategy and compliance

About You
To be successful in this role you must have proven experience in a similar role along with the following:

  • Previous people management
  • Experience and knowledge of systems administration
  • Experience with MS Dynamics and managing CRM systems
  • Demonstrated experience working within procurement policies and procedures
  • Solid problem solving skills
  • Public sector experience ideal
