You will have ownership of our clients customer journey; including onboarding, training, and ongoing support to their organisation.
Position Requirements:
- Interest and/or experience in SaaS solutions
- 2+ years in customer success or customer service role
- Professional and patient phone manner
Your responsibilities will include:
- Supporting organisations to implement new software
- Building and maintaining positive client relationships
- Scheduling checkin calls and reporting on client health
- Conducting client reviews and identifying growth opportunities
- Maintaining accurate data of client touch points
- Contributing to product design, testing and implementation
- Celebrating success over some long lunches
