Senior/Lead D365 F&O Functional Supply Chain Consultant

What you'll be doing

You'll make an impact through:


  • Work closely with clients to understand their supply chain management processes and identify areas for improvement.
  • Develop and implement strategies to optimize supply chain operations using Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance and Operations
  • Provide expertise in supply chain planning inventory management procurement and logistics.
  • Configure and customize the Dynamics 365 system to meet client requirements.
  • Participate in presales activities including proposal development and client presentations.

Let's talk about your capability and experience:

  • 5+ years of consulting and solution delivery experience
  • You can plan and lead tasks for a team, managing backlog, blockers, dependencies and scope.
  • Are accountable for estimates to complete and risks alongside the responsible Project Manager or Architect.
  • Plan workshops for specialist area, leading all if required, or identifying safe options for less experienced team members to step up.
  • Has gained experience in building sprint or project plans, documenting assumptions and dependencies.
  • Are comfortable or highly proficient in leading endtoend, on a medium project, or stream of large project engagement.
  • Expert knowledge of D365 for Supply Chain modules with the demonstrable capability of leading complex projects and internal delivery initiatives
  • Deep functional knowledge of the supply chain domain inventory, warehouse management and manufacturing

Manufacturing experience:

  • Across a variety of manufacturing process types (Repetitive, Job-Shop, Discrete, Continuous Process, Batch Process)
  • Projects of different scales and with different levels of automation

Inventory Experience:

  • Inventory Control
  • Inventory Optimization
  • Order Management
  • Supply Chain Management
  • Warehouse Management (Muti-Location) Logistics and Distribution
