A leading, Australia wide, Paper Packaging company based in Thomastown are seeking 2 full time, Production Operators for an immediate start on a Day shift.

Hours are Monday - Friday 7am - 3pm.
Payrates are starting between $30-$32 plus overtime loadings.

This is a long-term stable role, offering a friendly working culture and onsite training and development. You must be able to work full time hours and be flexible in regards to shift work if needed.


About the role:


  • Operate machinery on a fastpaced production line for various paper products
  • Quality control and checks
  • Working in a team and communicating with other team members and team leaders
  • Working towards production targets and KPIS
  • Following safety procedures under LOTO and HACCP
  • Production reporting

About you:


  • Previous experience working in an FMCG / Food manufacturing environment operating machines.
  • Mechanically minded
  • Must be able to work autonomously and be a team player
  • A good work ethic and reliable
  • Excellent commitment to safety and compliance
  • Good attention to detail
  • Knowledge in continuous improvement in a similar production environment with be highly advantageous
  • Own transport due to working times
